With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I have had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life through some of their most difficult—and most meaningful—moments. I work with children, adolescents, and adults of all genders and backgrounds, helping clients navigate a wide range of mental health concerns with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
My areas of special interest include perinatal mental health, women’s mental health, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and trauma. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including juvenile justice, inpatient behavioral health, and maternal-fetal medicine, experiences that have deepened my appreciation for the resilience people bring to therapy.
I believe that my clients are the experts on their own lives. My role isn’t to tell you who you should be or what choices you should make—it’s to walk alongside you, helping you better understand yourself, identify what matters most to you, and develop the tools to move toward the life you want to create. I strive to provide a warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self, knowing you will be met with empathy and respect.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and values. Whether you’re adjusting to a new stage of life, healing from trauma, navigating pregnancy or parenthood, exploring your identity, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we will work together to help you build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
