About Alexis Hall

Alexis is a Limited License Social Worker who believes in the healing power of authenticity and connection. She strives to provide a safe space for clients to express themselves, build their coping skills, and process their challenging life experiences in order to foster change and personal growth. Alexis received her Master of Social Work from Ohio State University, and her treatment approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based. She is passionate about providing an affirming space for BIPOC and LGBTQIA individuals, and her areas of interest include complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, adjustment concerns, and developing a mind/body connection. Alexis is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, and in her free time she enjoys doing yoga, spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and being outdoors.
