Melani is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting clients in building healthier, more fulfilling lives. With a deep commitment to compassionate, client-centered care, she creates a safe and welcoming space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to tailor her approach to each client’s unique needs. Melani works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and everyday stressors, helping them build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
Outside of work, Melani loves exploring the world—whether that’s hiking a trail with her dog, traveling to new places, whipping up sweet treats in the kitchen, or savoring the quiet moments in between.
