She utilizes cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies to address her client’s specific needs. Sarah’s approach is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to support clients. She enjoys working with adults and her areas of interest include: depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, life transitions, relationship issues, women’s issues and self-esteem.
