About Lindsay Bragaw

Lindsay Bragaw is a Resident in Counseling and a Registered Art Therapist (ATR). She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Christopher Newport University and a Master of Science in Art Therapy and Counseling from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She enjoys long walks, playing with cats, painting with bright colors, and experimenting with new pasta recipes!

Lindsay helps children, adolescents, and adults work through anxiety, depression, and life transitions using both art therapy and talk therapy. You don’t need any art experience — the focus is on self-expression, understanding your feelings, and building your strengths.

If you’d like to talk about your week’s challenges, process past experiences, celebrate successes, or simply sit in a calm, supportive space, feel free to reach out today!

School notes are provided for sessions during school hours.
