I’m Cat (she/her), a licensed professional counselor known for bringing warmth, humor, and a grounded presence into sessions. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are curious about themselves, their stories, and the direction they’re headed. Whether you’re navigating trauma, exploring your identity, managing ADHD or mood fluctuations, or feeling stuck in relationships or routines—I’m here to walk alongside you. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and gently challenging when needed.
In our work together, my hope is that you feel both deeply seen and genuinely empowered. You bring your insight, your lived experience, and your resilience—I bring therapeutic tools, clinical training, and a deep belief in your capacity for change. I draw from a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Based Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, Discernment Counseling, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution Focused/Brief Therapy, Spiritual or Holistic Therapy, and Trauma Focused CBT. This gives us the flexibility to focus on both coping in the present and healing at the root.
I specialize in working with people navigating trauma, dissociation, anxiety, self-injury, major life shifts, women’s mental health, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, relationship dynamics, and intuitive eating. I’m especially passionate about helping clients reconnect with their sense of self after feeling emotionally numb, misunderstood, or overwhelmed for a long time. Together, we’ll untangle the patterns holding you back and find ways to move toward greater clarity, confidence, and calm.
Therapy with me is collaborative, human, and responsive to your needs. We’ll talk through the tough stuff, yes—but we’ll also share moments of humor, celebrate growth, and build tools you can use in daily life. You can expect sessions that are equal parts grounding and growth-oriented, where curiosity and compassion lead the way.
Most importantly, I see this work as a partnership. Your experiences, questions, and hopes matter just as much as any technique or theory I bring into the room. If you’re ready to explore what healing and change could look like for you, I’d be honored to support you in that journey.
