Many adults seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or uncertain about navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, or major life transitions. Parents often arrive with a different kind of concern — worrying that their child is struggling socially, emotionally, or behaviorally, and wondering how to help. Whether your focus is on your own growth or your child’s well-being, therapy can provide compassionate, practical, and effective support.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and families. I help adults build emotional resilience, navigate anxiety or trauma, and develop healthier patterns in relationships. I also work with children and teens on managing big emotions, social challenges, anxiety, and ADHD/ASD-related needs, while guiding parents to feel more empowered, informed, and attuned to their child’s strengths and challenges.
My approach is integrative, client-centered, and evidence-informed. I believe the stories we carry about ourselves — and the narratives we hold about our children — shape our choices, behaviors, and sense of identity. Therapy provides a space to rewrite unhelpful patterns, develop practical skills, and create more clarity, connection, and confidence for both individuals and families.
