I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. My approach is rooted in helping clients better understand themselves- emotionally, mentally, and physically- so they can move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
I work primarily with adults who are navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from their emotions, overwhelmed by internal pressure, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we focus not only on understanding where these patterns come from, but also on how to work with them in the present in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.
My therapeutic style integrates mindfulness and body-based practices alongside evidence-based interventions. I help clients attune to their emotional and physiological experiences, recognizing how the body often holds important information about stress, safety, and unmet needs. By increasing awareness of internal cues and responses, clients can strengthen emotional regulation, reduce reactivity, and develop a deeper sense of agency in their lives.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals. Sessions often include skill-building, reflection, and practical strategies that clients can apply outside of therapy, while also leaving space for deeper exploration and meaning-making. I am particularly passionate about supporting clients in reconnecting with their values and learning how to live in ways that feel more intentional, balanced, and aligned.
Clients can expect me to be engaged, compassionate, and direct when helpful. I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels steady and supportive, where difficult experiences can be explored safely and strengths are consistently recognized. I am committed to meeting clients where they are and supporting progress at a pace that feels respectful and realistic.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy practicing martial arts, spending time outdoors, and caring for my two cats. These interests reflect my belief in balance, embodiment, and the importance of community and growth- values that also inform how I show up as a therapist.
