Hailey works with adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD, anger, gender issues, parental alienation, trauma and more. Her primary approach to counseling is an integration of person-centered, mindfulness-based, CBT, ACT, nutritional mental health and holistic therapies. Hailey is passionate about LGBTQIA+ issues and offers a gender affirming environment. She values providing a holistic, whole body, somatic approach to care that allows clients to explore their mental health challenges through a different lens. Hailey is transparent, direct, compassionate, and skilled at meeting each individual where they are in the therapy space.
