Courtney is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rider University and a Master of Social Work from Monmouth University. With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health and social work field, she has supported individuals across a wide range of settings—including partial care programs for youth and adults, families involved with protective services, and clients navigating the criminal justice system.
Courtney specializes in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, emotional and behavioral concerns in children and adolescents, and supporting clients through life transitions and relationship challenges. She utilizes evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy for young children, and expressive art therapy techniques. She is also trained in Illness Management and Recovery, supporting individuals with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other chronic mental health conditions.
