About Lauren Rosenthal
Lauren is Licensed Professional Counselor and earned a Master of Sciences degree in Mental Health Counseling from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. She is also an adjunct professor at Thomas Jefferson University where she teaches Abnormal Psychology to undergraduate students and serves as a board member on the Pennsylvania Sex Offender Assessment Board.
Lauren believes the therapeutic process should be collaborative and the relationship between client and therapist is essential in the therapeutic process. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Lauren believes each client’s experience and needs are unique to them and draw upon various clinical approaches including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. She has specialized trainings in trauma, motivational interviewing, domestic violence, and forensics.
