About Kay Kelley
We are living through incredibly challenging times! Kay aims to provide skills to help folks manage overwhelm and a nurturing space to process grief. They have a background in body-based modalities, mindfulness, and wilderness therapy. They are committed to creating a shame-free space for my clients to connect with their authenticity and transcend limiting patterns and beliefs. Kay is queer, sex-positive, kink-affirming, and knowledgeable about non-monogamy.
Kay collaborates with their clients in our work together, drawing from a variety of methods. Kay believes every individual is an expert in their life and has a collaborative approach to the therapeutic process. Kay utilizes EMDR, DBT, somatic awareness, ACT, mindfulness, and resourcing techniques to help clients overcome PTSD, addiction, depression, and anxiety.
These times can feel very overwhelming and Kay believes that everyone deserves time to process and be heard.
