About Lauren Merton
Lauren believes in meeting each client where they are with empathy, compassion, and understanding. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she has experience supporting children, teens, and adults in schools, child welfare, nonprofits, and private practice.
Lauren works with concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, and self-esteem. She uses approaches such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy to create a supportive, personalized experience. Above all, Lauren strives to help each client feel heard, empowered, and confident in their ability to grow and heal.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, getting outdoors, listening to music, and making time for the people and activities that bring her joy. She believes in finding balance, staying connected, and appreciating the little moments in everyday life.
