When you are overwhelmed, navigating a big change, recovering from a trauma, or deep in the pain of grief, it’s common to feel alone. You’re taking a courageous step by seeking support. Stepping into therapy often means facing things we’ve been avoiding or haven’t fully processed. It’s natural to feel anxious about what might come up. You don’t have to “fix” everything all at once, and you don’t have to have it all figured out. It’s okay to feel lost, scared, or unsure. You are worthy of that healing, and I’m here to help you get there.
Therapy is about being in a space where it’s okay to not be okay. It’s about exploring your feelings, your experiences, and how they’ve shaped you, while finding tools to help you cope along the way. We will go at your pace to help you ease your pain, regain your strength, and move toward a future where you feel more in control and at peace. As a compassionate and empathetic therapist, I’m here to listen and to hold that space for you.
