About Tiffany Cushman

Tiffany is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. She has experience supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, family conflict, grief, and adjustment concerns.

Tiffany believes lasting change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. Using a client-centered, strengths-based approach, she partners with clients and their families to build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional well-being, improve relationships, and foster resilience.

She incorporates evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and family collaboration when appropriate. Tiffany is committed to creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to achieve meaningful, lasting growth.

Outside of her clinical work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, supporting youth athletics, and embracing Florida’s outdoor lifestyle through community involvement and recreational activities.
