Hi there! I’m Noah, and I’m an LMSW working with clients ages 12 and up, and I would love to meet you.

In my practice, I specialize in men’s mental health, life transitions, self-esteem and personal growth, and more. I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel genuinely safe to open up, be real, and do the work. I draw from CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and other modalities to help you build insight, develop coping skills, and move forward with intention.
