Sophie is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She works with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 3–25 and is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. Sophie uses a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and believes that every client deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued throughout the therapeutic process. Sophie has experience supporting children, teens, and families through grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and the impacts of trauma. She enjoys incorporating play-based interventions and creative activities when working with clients while tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. When she’s not working, Sophie enjoys spending time with her dogs, hiking, paddle boarding, and taking advantage of Colorado’s beautiful outdoors.
