About Bethany Balcer
Bethany is dedicated to providing a supportive, compassionate space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. She aims to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe exploring life’s challenges and the emotions that come along with it.
Bethany works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, self-esteem difficulties, and relationship challenges. Her approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based practices while recognizing that every client’s experiences and goals are unique. She integrates techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy to create meaningful change. Being a former professional athlete, Bethany knows the struggles of mental challenges and trying to push yourself to be the best each day. Seeking support is a courageous first step, and she is excited about the opportunity to work with clients who take that step.
