Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, difficult relationships, or overwhelming emotions begin to shape the way you think, feel, and live. Micah believes therapy should be a place where people not only feel understood, but also discover new ways to move forward. One of Micah’s favorite parts of being a therapist is hearing people’s stories. He believes every person has a unique story, and that understanding a person’s experiences, relationships, strengths, and struggles is the foundation for meaningful change.
Micah works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, depression, stress, and life transitions. Whether he is helping a child learn to manage big emotions, supporting someone caught in the cycle of anxiety or OCD, or walking alongside a couple working to reconnect, Micah tailors therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals. Rather than offering quick fixes, Micah helps clients better understand themselves, recognize the patterns that keep them stuck, and develop practical tools that lead to lasting change. His approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and attachment-informed care.
Whether you’re seeking help for yourself, your child, or your relationship, Micah strives to create a welcoming environment where growth feels possible and no one has to face life’s challenges alone.
