Hi, my name is Erik and I proudly call myself a student of the human condition. I practice therapy from an existential and humanistic perspective, bringing together my love of philosophy and my love of science to answer the questions most dear to our hearts and closest to our pain.
I study and practice primarily with interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Rogerian/Person Centered approaches, in order to help you assemble the necessary foundation to build the rest of your life. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help people develop effective skills towards getting what you want out of your life.
I am very familiar with and help many people struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Addictions, and Trauma from childhood and adult life. I also love to help those struggling with OCD, Career Counseling, and anyone with existential issues they feel they’re facing. Frankly, whatever you’re struggling with I would consider it a privilege to be the one to help you.
