With a background as a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist, she supports individuals navigating substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Lindsey is known for her genuine empathy, gentle humor, and ability to build strong, trusting connections that help clients feel safe, supported, and comfortable being vulnerable. She has a special passion for women’s mental health, self-esteem, and motherhood and enjoys helping clients build resilience and meaningful change. Outside the office, she’s a mom who enjoys the chaos and joy of family life.
