Whether you or your child are struggling with anxiety, trauma, overwhelming emotions, life transitions, or relationship challenges, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can happen. I believe therapy is more than solving problems—it’s a collaborative journey that helps people better understand themselves, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I truly believe every person has the capacity to heal and thrive. One of the greatest privileges of being a social worker is walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult moments while witnessing their strength, resilience, and transformation. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Together, we’ll build practical skills, strengthen emotional well-being, and help you move toward the life you want to create.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from SUNY Albany. I began my career working in residential treatment programs as direct care staff, where I developed a deep appreciation for trauma-informed, relationship-based care. For the past six years, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings, supporting them through emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in connection, empathy, and evidence-based practices. I believe meaningful healing happens within safe, trusting relationships, and I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. It is an honor to be part of each person’s journey, and I look forward to helping you or your family discover the strengths and skills needed to heal, grow, and thrive.
