About Allison Palmeri
As a Licensed Social Worker, I work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and self-esteem. My approach is person-centered, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients build coping skills while honoring their unique experiences. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move at their own pace. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges, recognize their strengths, and work toward growth. I am committed to providing LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming care while supporting clients in building confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
