Candice is a compassionate and nonjudgmental therapist who believes clients are the experts of their own lives. She strives to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported as they move toward healing and growth in ways that feel meaningful to them.
Candice completed her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Boston College. Her clinical experience includes supporting clients across the lifespan with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, ASD, relationship concerns, identity exploration, major life transitions, and acculturation-related stress. Candice takes an integrative, client-centered approach and tailors therapy to each client’s needs, values, and goals. Her work is informed by Relational-Cultural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, strengths-based practices, and trauma-informed care.
Candice welcomes clients from all backgrounds and works to create a culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming space where clients can speak openly and feel respected in their lived experiences. She understands that culture, identity, relationships, and family expectations can shape how people experience stress, healing, and connection. Candice is also fluent in Mandarin and offers therapy in Mandarin for clients who feel most comfortable expressing themselves in that language.
In her free time, Candice enjoys taking walks in nature, doing crafts, cooking, exploring different cuisines, and binge-watching TV shows.
