Hello, my name is Chloe. I believe that when we feel safe enough to be our authentic selves, we can begin to better understand our experiences, strengthen our relationships, and create meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and accepted without judgment.
I’m especially passionate about working with children, adolescents, postpartum women, and parents as they navigate life’s transitions, relationships, and personal growth. Before becoming a counselor, I spent over ten years as an early childhood educator, which deepened my appreciation for child development, family relationships, and the unique ways children communicate through play. I have a special interest in Child-Centered Play Therapy because I believe children communicate best when they feel safe, connected, and free to express themselves through play.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, and I enjoy drawing from various approaches to tailor counseling to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Whether we’re working with your child, supporting your family, or navigating your own journey, it would be a privilege to walk alongside you.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, listening to audiobooks, attempting to grow something in my garden, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
