There are seasons in life when everything feels heavier than it should. You may be carrying the weight of anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or the quiet belief that you’re somehow not enough. Maybe you’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you’ve forgotten how to care for yourself. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I believe therapy is more than learning coping skills—it’s about creating space to understand your story, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, and fulfilling. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and encouragement as we work toward meaningful and lasting change.
My approach is collaborative and personalized because every person brings a unique story, set of experiences, and goals into the therapy room. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices, I help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools they can use in everyday life. I believe in treating the whole person, recognizing that emotional well-being is deeply connected to our relationships, experiences, values, and sense of purpose.
I enjoy working with adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I also have experience supporting Veterans and understand the unique experiences, transitions, and resilience that military life can bring.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
Seeking support is an act of courage, and finding the right therapist is an important part of that journey. My hope is that you’ll find our work together to be a place where you feel genuinely heard, accepted without judgment, and empowered to create the life you want. Healing doesn’t require perfection—it begins with one conversation. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
