About Frances McEneany
Frankie brings a systems-oriented perspective to her work, helping clients identify patterns
in relationships, emotions, and behavior. She enjoys working with adults and young adults
navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, family dynamics, college or graduate
school stress, and questions of purpose and direction. Her style is practical and
collaborative, helping clients build healthy boundaries, communicate needs effectively,
and develop coping skills that support meaningful change. Before graduating in 2020 from
Southern Connecticut State University’s Marriage and Family Therapy program, Frankie
spent ten years in London, studying fine art and creative entrepreneurship – experiences
that continue to inform her creative, flexible approach to understanding the complexity of
people’s lives and stories.
