Jane believes therapy should be a space where people of all ages feel safe showing up exactly as they are. She takes a thoughtful, person-centered approach and enjoys helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges while building on their unique strengths.
Jane earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and has experience supporting adults navigating substance use concerns and children with autism. During her academic training, she developed a strong interest in holistic care, domestic violence advocacy, and promoting healthy relationships.
As a person centered clinician, Jane incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). As an avid learner Jane, continues to expand her clinical knowledge and therapeutic approach. She values authenticity, empathy, and creating a supportive environment where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered.
Outside of therapy, Jane enjoys music and was the lead singer of an alternative rock band during college.
