Ashleigh is an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capital University. She is deeply passionate about helping others and creating an authentic, compassionate space where individuals feel supported, understood, and genuinely met with empathy.
Ashleigh has experience working with a wide range of ages, populations, and presenting concerns. Her primary areas of focus include trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, OCD, and many other emotional and mental health challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to the unique needs of each client. She incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and creative expression, offering alternative pathways for healing when words are difficult to access.
With warmth, kindness, and understanding, Ashleigh strives to create a sanctuary-like space where clients can build stability, strengthen resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
Outside of the office, Ashleigh enjoys weightlifting, running, reading, nature walks, and is also an avid video game player!
