About Madison Long
Madison is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Wayne State University. She has experience working with diverse clients in both community mental health and outpatient settings, which has shaped a flexible and well-rounded approach to care.
She has supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and other life stressors. Madison takes a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, often drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and talk therapy while adapting her work to fit each person’s unique needs and goals.
Above all, Madison focuses on creating a space that feels safe, comfortable, and judgment-free. She believes therapy works best when it feels like a real human connection, where clients can show up as they are and move at a pace that feels right for them while building insight, coping skills, and lasting change.
