Irene earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University and utilizes evidence-based treatment, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrates a strengths-based and compassionate approach, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.
The clients Irene works with often struggle with hopelessness, negative self-talk, or anxiety that impact their relationships, work, and overall sense of peace. Irene provides a supportive space where clients can release what has been weighing on them while also recognizing and building upon the strengths they already possess as they move forward, find peace, and create the life they envision.
