Meagan is an enthusiastic therapist, dedicated to assisting clients as they maneuver through life’s adversities. She has a talent for finding manageable approaches and solutions that benefit each client’s own personal needs.
Meagan earned her Clinical Master’s Degree at Boston University and focuses on supporting children, teens, and adults specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship stress.
Meagan utilizes therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Person Centered Therapy (PCT) and Psychodynamic Therapy while giving an open and honest forum to create a judgement free zone. Sessions focus on building and repairing self-worth, self-esteem, and the internal strength within every client in order to give them the proper tools to cope and be successful long term.
