I practice therapy as a space for liberation. Rooted in trauma-informed care, my work explores how the systems of colonialism, racism, and carcerality shape our lives and relationships. By examining how these forces show up internally and externally, we work together to reclaim agency and foster change. Therapy isn’t neutral, and I hold space for those harmed by our current system—especially clients facing familial or institutional betrayal, internalized oppression, and systemic barriers.
I specialize in family trauma, including estrangement and no-contact, attachment trauma, reactive abuse, and LGBTQ+/polyamory-affirming care. I offer psychoeducation on curative kink, and provide decolonized mental health support for working-class and marginalized individuals.
I work primarily with adults who carry complex histories—those processing family trauma, navigating identity, or living at the intersection of multiple marginalized experiences. My practice is LGBTQ+, kink, and polyamory affirming, and I’m especially committed to supporting those who feel out of place in traditional therapeutic settings.
