About Amanda Athayde

Amanda has nearly two decades of experience as a public and private company General Counsel and business executive, leading legal, governance, and commercial strategy through IPOs, turnarounds, and international expansion. Most recently she served as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary of LiveWire EV, LLC, the Harley-Davidson majority-owned electric motorcycle company, where she led the company’s deSPAC IPO and built its global legal function. Prior to LiveWire, Amanda was General Counsel of Regis Corporation, the largest franchisor of hair salons in North America and the General Counsel of Loram. Earlier in her career she held legal leadership roles at Polaris Industries, and Cargill, and began her career in private practice at Briggs and Morgan, P.A. Amanda is also the founder and Principal Mediator of Deer Hill Legal and Mediation, Ltd., a Minnesota ADR and commercial law firm. She holds a JD and MBA from the University of Minnesota.
