What if the patterns you’re struggling with aren’t something to fix, but clues inviting you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself?
Kay brings a warm, holistic, and collaborative approach to counseling, integrating somatic and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients become more connected to themselves, their emotions, and their experiences. She believes therapy is not about having all the answers—it is about creating a safe space where you can better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and discover what you need to move forward.
Kay has a particular passion for supporting young people as they navigate anxiety, emotional challenges, and life transitions. She also offers compassionate support for individuals experiencing grief and loss, including pet parents grieving the loss of a beloved animal companion—a loss that can be deeply meaningful and deserves to be honored.
Kay is also passionate about creating a sacred, supportive, and non-judgmental space for women navigating unhealthy relationships. She understands the importance of having a place where you can speak openly, reconnect with your inner voice, and begin exploring what a healthier and more authentic life might look like.
Outside of counseling, Kay enjoys Latin dancing, art, poetry, and spending time at the beach—activities that reflect her belief in making space for creativity, connection, joy, and simply being present.
