Hi, my name is Christine! I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with over six years of experience in the behavioral health field. My passion is creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self while we work together toward meaningful and lasting change.
I have experience working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety disorders, women’s issues, relationship challenges, depression, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder (BPD), substance use disorders, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and individualized, integrating evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and somatic-based techniques such as grounding and nervous system regulation.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is built on trust, authenticity, and genuine human connection. While therapy is a place to work through life’s most difficult moments, I also believe there is value in laughter and humor. There are times when life asks us to face difficult challenges, and there are also moments when finding perspective, laughing, and not taking ourselves too seriously can be an important part of healing. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, knowing you can be vulnerable while also finding hope and moments of lightness throughout the healing process.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and leave each session with practical tools, greater clarity, and a shared plan for moving forward. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, create meaningful goals, and work toward lasting healing with compassion, authenticity, and hope.
