About Baylee Currie

Baylee is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. She is supervised by Dr. Desiree Stephens, LPC-S, NCC, TLHL LMHC, Certified CCPT, ACS, License #76520.

Baylee creates a warm, supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. She has experience in schools, nonprofit organizations, inpatient behavioral health, and a sexual assault crisis center.

She is especially passionate about helping clients heal from trauma, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, and religious trauma. She also enjoys working with children and younger clients, incorporating play therapy techniques to help them express emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills.

Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized to each client’s needs. Outside of the office, Baylee enjoys making lattes, walking her labradoodle, baking sweet treats, and listening to music with the windows down.
