Zach graduated from Wheaton College with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. His background is in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient, where he was a team lead working with children and adolescents with OCD and Anxiety. Zach’s primarily modalities include Exposure and Response Prevention and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but he also uses Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Therapeutic Tabletop Gaming. Zach uses a strengths-based and mindfulness approach to therapy. He primarily serves children and adolescents but also works with the emerging adulthood population and families. Zach focuses on helping people live the life that they want to live and return to making choices for themselves. When he is not doing therapy, Zach can be found anywhere there is soccer or around a table playing Dungeons and Dragons.
