Each person is worthy of being seen, heard, and valued. When the challenges and stressors of life become too much to handle, it can lead to feeling like the rug is being pulled out from under you. Zach takes a person centered approach, allowing each person to be the expert of their own lives, and works to walk alongside clients to help them find their desired outcomes. Zach works with individuals, couples, and family members through a number of varying issues and problems to gain emotional resilience in order to respond mindfully to life’s challenges while fostering personal and relational healing.
