Stephanie enjoys working with people to build their narrative by sharing their stories that include their culture and value. Her style is relational, as she believes that, along with a variety of therapeutic methods, it is ultimately the relationship that is the main catalyst for healing. Her work has been focusing on assisting people to improve internal and relational communication, to explore and to develop skills for self-sufficiency, and to work on moving forward from their past experiences.
Stephanie has had experiences working with a broad range and severity of clinical issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, stress management, personal growth, inner strength development, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, relational issues, coping with trauma, and immigration/acculturation issues.
