Yi-Yun (Minnie), MS

Intern

Minnie is a PhD Student in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at William and Mary. She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, and master’s degree in counseling from Villanova University in both school and clinical mental health counseling. Minnie has worked as a 2nd grade teacher, school/college counselor, intern community mental health therapist, and resident hall director. Minnie can speak English, Mandarin, and Thai. Minnie is especially passionate about working with children and adolescents. In her practice, Minnie utilizes play therapy, person-centered counseling, cognitive-behavior therapy, reality therapy, and motivational interviewing to support client well-being.
