Yafi’s passion is to bring hope and healing to children, adolescents, and adults, particularly those affected by trauma and abuse. Yafi utilizes a variety of therapeutic practice modalities and interventions to best fit the needs and goals of each individual client including CBT, anger management, parent training, and mindfulness-based approaches. She has experience providing counseling services to individuals, children and adolescents within a variety of settings. She has completed specialized training on trauma-informed treatment. Yafi uses a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing, mindful living, and resilience. She is committed to supporting each client to be the best possible version of themselves. Yafi is currently in the process of applying for PhD programs to further her education and career goals. She loves spending personal and quality time with her family at home and traveling abroad. Yafi finds that time spent in her garden helps her relax, reset and find her zen.
