Victoria Nelson, LCSW

Assistant Clinic Director

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Missouri and Kansas, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals through community mental health, hospital social work, and substance treatment. I’ve walked alongside people navigating some of life’s most painful and complex challenges, and I know that healing is not linear — it’s layered, unique, and deeply personal.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. Think of me as a co-investigator — we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped you. Together, we’ll uncover how past wounds might still be showing up in your present, and we’ll work to loosen their grip so you can move through life with more ease, clarity, and confidence.

I also believe in the power of humor, humanity, and the therapeutic relationship itself. Therapy doesn’t have to be all heavy, all the time. Sometimes laughter can be just as healing as insight.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to better understand yourself, I offer a space that is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. Let’s explore what’s possible — together.
