Veronica Clyburn, LPC-S, NCC

Clinic Director

Veronica is a licensed professional counselor supervisor and a registered play therapist. Prior to Ellie she had dedicated most of her career to working in community mental health and private practice focused on complex trauma and abuse in children, adolescents, and adults. She understands that communicating emotions can be difficult and with the lack of an emotional communication manual in today’s world people are doing the best they know how. She is dedicated to sharing tools for well-being, mental health, and wisdom on topics related to self-worth, self-care, mindfulness, compassion, kindness, identity, healing, and other experiences you may have. She is a strong advocate of humans supporting humans and believes that healing is for us all. She strongly believes in the value of being honest with ourselves, experiencing our emotions and allowing our truth to be heard and seen in order to heal. When Veronica is not working, she can usually be found splitting her time between her family and friends, hiking, kayaking, or learning new skills.
