My goal in being a therapist is to help my clients realize their inner strengths and potential. Moving through life’s challenges does not have to be done alone and finding a counselor who you click with can give the support you need. As a new counselor my foundational theoretical orientation is person-centered with the belief that the client is the expert on themselves, and I can assist them through self-discovery. I also utilize DBT, ACT, CBT, and mindfulness techniques and I’m always learning new interventions to better meet my clients’ needs. My aim is to provide clients with a safe, nonjudgmental space, and alliance that will empower and support them through their journeys.
