Trevor is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and provides therapy to adults of all ages and a wide variety of concerns, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, identity development (including sexual orientation, racial/ethnic identity, religious/spiritual identity), grief and loss, and phase of life difficulty. He has experience working with a diverse clientele individually and with couples, and strives to understand his clients’ lived experience from their unique perspective. 

Trevor works to meet the needs of his clients by establishing a strong therapeutic alliance (and is not afraid to incorporate humor appropriately, because sometimes we just have to laugh!) and utilizes an eclectic approach, incorporating CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR Therapy. Trevor holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling & Student Personnel from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
