Tori is a Master of Social Work graduate and clinical supervisee who is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenging seasons. She believes therapy begins with meeting each client exactly where they are and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and meaningful change can occur.
Tori has experience working with teens, young adults, and families, and offers support around concerns such as anxiety, depression, identity exploration, grief, and trauma. She approaches therapy from a person-centered lens, tailoring care to each individual’s needs. Whether you benefit more from a structured approach like CBT or a skills-based approach like DBT, Tori will work with you to find what feels most helpful and empowering.
