Terri’s professional training is in mental health counseling as well as strength building skills coaching. She has a master’s in Mental Health Clinical Counseling from Adler University in Chicago Illinois. She has a professional background involving coaching and training to help people strive in reaching their greatest potential. Whether her clients are dealing with relationship issues, mental health concerns, or life transitions, she strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She believes that every individual has the potential for growth and healing, and she works closely with her clients to help them tap into their own inner strengths and resilience. She has a deep understanding of the challenges and struggles that individuals and families face. She has developed a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy that helps her clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work towards their goals. On a personal note. She has two children and a fur baby Husky mix. She loves to read, watch scary movies and hang out with her friends and family. She also loves camping, hiking and exploring caves.
