Taylor Jewell, LPC

Therapist

Throughout my 25 year career in teaching and mental health, I have built strong, lasting connections with students, staff, parents, and clients by leading with empathy, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to helping others grow. These strengths shape my work in this field, which centers on relationship-building and understanding each person’s unique story.

My sessions are laid-back, collaborative, and guided by your needs, not a rigid agenda. I focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to explore your experiences at your own pace. I connect with my clients by genuinely listening to their stories and offering support, insight, and tools that help them move forward.

I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy to offer a balance of deep healing work and practical, goal-oriented strategies. I believe that every person has the ability to challenge themselves and grow into a better version of who they truly want to be.
