Hello, my name is Tatyana Hughes, and I am a licensed graduate social worker in Washington, DC. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University in Maryland in 2021 and my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2024.
My passion is about supporting individuals who experience anxiety and depression, helping them cultivate self-acceptance and self-compassion in their healing journey, as well as offering guidance that empowers individuals to take control of their lives and navigate challenges with confidence.
